Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of ConceptVault. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What ConceptVault is

ConceptVault researches, scores and critiques ideas you give it, and produces artifacts (briefs, experiment plans, PRD drafts) and suggested next steps. It is a research and reasoning tool. It does not spend money, send messages, sign agreements, or take any real-world action on your behalf — every action outside the product is yours to take, and yours to mark done.

Not professional advice

Recommendations, scores and artifacts are generated by AI models and are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Every material claim is labeled as fact, inference or recommendation, and as supported, partial, unsupported or conflicting — but verifying anything before you rely on it for a real decision is your responsibility.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You own what you capture — your ideas, transcripts, goals and any context you add. You grant us only the limited right to process it in order to run the product for you (research, scoring, generating artifacts). We don’t use your content to train models or share it with other users.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use ConceptVault for anything illegal, or to capture content you don’t have the right to submit.
• Don’t attempt to bypass rate limits, budget controls, or the confirmation steps required for exports and deletions.
• Don’t attempt to extract, misuse or feed instructions to the underlying AI systems outside the product’s intended use.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be available without interruption, or that research results will be complete, accurate, or free of errors. Long-running research runs can be stopped at any time from within the product, keeping whatever was found so far.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConceptVault is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on its output. You remain responsible for verifying anything material before acting on it.

Termination

You can stop using ConceptVault and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, let you know directly.
